I understand that transactions and/or signatures in records may not be denied legal effect solely because they are conducted, executed, or prepared in electronic form, and that if a law requires a record or signature to be in writing, an electronic record or signature satisfies that requirement. I further understand that false statements made knowingly and willfully on this logbook are punishable by fine and/or imprisonment under the provisions of 16 U.S.C. §1857 and 18 U.S.C. §1001.

  • Renters insurance is required on all leases. The Declaration page of your policy MUST be presented to the office prior to signing the lease and taking occupancy. Ask us about an affordable option through E-Renters Insurance.

  • I/we understand and agree to the following conditions as they apply to the application for an apartment. I/we give permission for credit and criminal history checks to be obtained through Equifax, P.O Box 105873, Atlanta, GA 30348, and RealPage, Inc., P.O. Box 118889, Carrolton, TX 75011. I/we also give permission for Management to verify my income, assets and rental history.

  • Application Fee:

  • To process your application, we must receive a non-refundable $35 application fee for each adult. Payment options are as follows: you may either deliver your check or money order by mail or in person or electronically pay the application fee by clicking the Paypal link below. Please note, applications will not be processed until all application fees are received in our office.

  • Reservation/Security Deposit:

  • Based upon availability, an approved application and substantial deposit (reservation deposit) will hold an apartment off the market until the anticipated move-in date. This amount may vary according to the property. Please contact the leasing office prior to submitting the deposit to confirm the deposit required. I/we understand that the move in date cannot be guaranteed until the application has been fully approved and a full security deposit has been paid. I/we further agree that the entire reservation deposit amount will be applied to my Security Deposit when I/we move in. Any balance remaining due on the security deposit will be paid on or before the move in date.

  • Other Fees:

  • If you choose to pay your security deposit and/or application fee via Paypal, you will be assessed a non-refundable fee to utilize this option. The fee will vary according to the amount of your payment (approximately 2% of your payment amount).

  • If I/we fail to sign a lease and take occupancy on the date specified above after the application has been accepted, I/we understand that the deposit will be applied to damages as specified in the Virginia Landlord/Tenant Act.

  • I/we also understand that Lawson Realty Corporation serves as a broker and represents the landlord in real estate transactions. By clicking on the submit button, I/we affirm that I/we have read, understand and agree to the terms as written above. I/we also agree that by clicking submit, I/we have electronically signed this document, making it legal and binding. I/we also affirm that the information contained herein is true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge.
